In turmoil, ask for help from the spiritual forces that surround you benevolently (Cf. chapter below"Help and Protection from Heaven" ) and who are only waiting for this authorization to guide you.
When you suffer, everything is painful, even breathing. But that makes us more sensitive, therefore more permeable to receive their inspirations. So be mindful and confident.

With our five children, the problems followed one after another. Sometimes, distraught, not knowing what to do, I called on God with all my might, day and night. In evoking rape, we most often think of that of the body, but we must neither forget nor minimize the rape of the spirit, of the soul, which many of us often suffer. Prayer is neither a recitation nor an attitude that will win us favor and consideration from Heaven.
It is an act; that involves us, commits us.
A thoughtful intention addressed to God

It doesn't matter what name you give it. Prayers addressed to Him are first and immediately heard by the loving spirits who accompany us..
We can thank, ask, but also protest, and even insult Him
